A Concert for Rod

A special tribute gig to remember blues harmonica virtuoso and local music icon Rod Garfield, who sadly passed away on 28th August. Without Rod, the Basingstoke Blues Club wouldn’t exist as it was him who convinced Rex to start one up.

Mark Garfield & Stephen Fuller organised a fantastic evening of non-stop music featuring members of the Rod Garfield Blues Band & many friends who’ve shared a stage or been inspired by Rod over the years.
